International Dimension of Samlink
Samlink’s growth strategy has a strong international dimension. Our parent company Kyndryl has recognized our industry expertise and ability to develop, maintain, and operate critical business systems for banking clients. We have been entrusted with global leadership in Kyndryl’s financial industry application services business.
While we aim to be a service company rather than a product company, we have identified solutions that benefit new customers in the finance industry. Service design is underway, after which the solutions will be released to international markets. Our expertise has been used to solve the specific needs of Kyndryl’s banking customers across Europe. Similarly, nearly one hundred experts from our international innovation centers serve our Finnish customers.
Another aspect of internationalization is our organic growth, i.e., selling to new customers, especially in countries around the Baltic Sea, together with our ecosystem partners. Our goal is to establish half a dozen complementary innovative application technology partnerships. We want to build a modern cloud-based solution portfolio that combines our partners’ technologies with our integration and service expertise.
Our international sales team has recently been strengthened by three new experienced sales and consulting professionals. We are building new client relationships together with our partner network, and I believe we will soon be able to announce new international partnerships.
