Samlink appoints Arne Næprud as CEO to strengthen customer value and accelerate banking modernization

Samlink has appointed Arne Næprud as CEO and Senior Customer Partner and Sami Suuronen as Deputy CEO and Customer Partner. The appointments strengthen customer relationships and support Samlink’s continued growth as part of Kyndryl.

Arne Næprud brings nearly 30 years of experience from IBM and Kyndryl, with leadership roles spanning across delivery, security, transformation, and sales. As CEO, Arne will focus on deepening customer collaboration, advancing the modernization of critical banking services, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and future-ready solutions.

Sami Suuronen brings extensive industry expertise and long-standing commitment to Samlink and its customers. During his 30-year career, he has worked across software and application development, delivery, and services. As Deputy CEO, Suuronen will work closely with customers to modernize banking platforms and services, ensuring continued success with existing customers while driving growth with new ones.
