An entrepreneur at heart since 2000, Philippe Santraine has provided consultation services to numerous corporate and financial institutions, focusing on complex and high-impact programs and projects. He has managed and mentored startups and has also led an innovation lab. Within the banking sector, he has developed strategic plans, overseen accelerator programs, and implemented transformation projects in areas such as digital finance, open banking, banking regulation, wealth management, AI, and Fintech partnerships, among others. As a Senior Banking Consultant at Samlink, Philippe takes the lead on projects and employs a hands-on approach to consulting. He is well-versed in banking business, banking regulation, and digital finance technologies.

Juha Vesanto, Tribe Lead (Data Platform & AI Tribe) at OP Financial Group

Juha Vesanto started his career as a researcher at Aalto University in Helsinki, specializing in machine learning. After earning his PhD, he moved into the commercial sector and has spent over two decades working on customer analytics in various industries. Throughout his career, his main focus has been on using analytics to address business challenges and drive operational improvements. He emphasizes the importance of embedding these solutions into IT or business workflows, making analytics accessible to all. Since joining OP Financial Group in 2017, Juha has led efforts to promote citizen data science starting in 2021, and as of 2023, he heads the Data Platform and AI tribe.

Vishal Gupta

Vishal Gupta, Co-Practice Leader & CTA at Kyndryl

A technology enthusiast, Vishal Gupta has worked for multinational IT organizations across APAC and EMEA markets, helping them in their digital transformation journey. He has collaborated with banks to modernize their operations and has undertaken projects to ensure business continuity, enhance customer experience, transition into a data-driven ecosystem, and maintain readiness with changing regulatory needs. Furthermore, Vishal has extensively supported multiple banking software vendors in modernizing their tech stack and creating value for their end customers. Applications, data & AI, and cloud are his key focus areas. He has been actively developing new services across the Nordics for Kyndryl and works as a client advisor/co-practice leader.

Simo Leisti, CEO at Futurice

Simo Leisti is the CEO of the international Futurice group, operating in four countries with around 800 consultants. Futurice is renowned for its digital transformation expertise, with a focus on process and business change for impact. The company has completed approx. 50 Generative AI projects and delivered over 100 demos and speaking engagements on the topic. In addition to his role at Futurice, Simo is a board member of the Savings Bank Co-operative (Säästöpankkiliitto).
