Everything we do in Samlink’s communication and marketing is to support our overall Samlink mission and strategy. Everything is based on the belief that a Stellar Customer Experience requires communication to be open, honest, and meaningful. It also needs to be factual, reliable, always up-to-date, and people oriented. 

This Newsletter serves as a prime example. Our intention is to share openly and honestly what is happening at Samlink these days, especially now that we have shifted into higher gear. 

Active steps to increase international visibility 

Samlink is already very active on LinkedIn and Instagram, which are currently the two most important social media channels. Additionally, we reach out to our clients through the monthly newsletter and our webpages. 

This joint mission with Kyndryl will become more visible as we move forward. 

We also recognize that communication goes beyond these channels; it is present in every interaction involving every employee. All employees can contribute to strengthening the company’s brand and promoting a strong, positive image to the public. Factors such as behavior within the company premises, personal social media and online presence, and even simple things like phone etiquette and meeting behavior, are all part of external communication. 

The path to becoming the market leader 

With our upcoming initiatives, it is crucial for us to generate greater visibility for Samlink as a leading, knowledgeable, and scalable player in the financial industry. We also aim to enhance our employer branding efforts. We must challenge ourselves to envision Samlink as the leading digital transformation partner in terms of scale and agility within the European banking sector and align our actions accordingly. 

This journey represents a cornerstone in our pursuit of Living the new Samlink Strategy. We have been entrusted with global leadership in Kyndryl’s financial industry application services business. This joint mission with Kyndryl will become more visible as we move forward.
