Samlink’s Customer Service Operates Through the Summer
Samlink’s operations keep going on the whole summer. As we provide an essential service to the customers of banks, our Customer Service and Application Teams make sure that customer commitments are met regardless of the season. Our staff takes turns taking vacations, ensuring that customers have the necessary number of experts to support them during the summer months as well.
Our Service Desk operates with the same opening hours and contact channels as usual. In our resource planning, we have taken into account that at the beginning of the summer season we often receive more support requests from our customers’ summer employees. As always, we are happy to assist with both detailed and general support requests, resolving disruptions in services or troubleshooting issues with tools.
Regarding our production and deployments, we have designated a freeze period from June 19th to August 6th, during which our experts will be less available. Only necessary changes will be made during this time in our production environment. However, security updates are still maintained during the summer.
We also have reinforcements joining our team for the summer. We have ten summer employees in the competence center and four in customer service to support us. Our summer employees start their work period well in advance to ensure sufficient time for proper onboarding before the holiday season begins. This way, we ensure that our customer service continues smoothly throughout the summer.
