We have been on a cloud journey for a while now, and it has been an interesting experience with challenges, learnings, and successes. We embarked on this journey with the goal of transforming Samlink into a cloud-native company.

With Kyndryl’s support and global alliances with hyperscalers such as Microsoft, we have successfully completed the fundamental building blocks required for innovative cloud-native solutions and services. These include creating a production-grade landing zone, investing countless hours in cloud technology training, resulting in tens of Azure certifications completed by our associates, and successfully supporting our clients’ key cloud initiatives. All this, while delivering record-high project output as well as secure, resilient, and major-incident-free continuous services. I am very proud of the stellar customer service we have delivered and the value we’ve created for clients. I am also very grateful for the challenges we faced, the lessons learned, and how we’ve overcome both big and small bumps as a team.

Looking forward, we will continue to expand cooperation and integration with Kyndryl’s practices, strategic global alliances, and industry ecosystem partners. We will tap into the huge investments we’ve made in cloud, automation, and AI, such as Kyndryl Bridge and our recent alliance with nVidia to deliver scalable enterprise-grade AI solutions. I see vast opportunities to co-create innovative solutions and incrementally create value by incorporating world-leading cloud and AI expertise, a global pool of resources, and endless capabilities in our customer deliveries.

In the AI era, cloud is the foundational element of any solution. By being cloud-first, businesses can swiftly respond to market needs, create innovative and cost-effective products and services without compromising security and compliancy.

This is also why Samlink is doubling down with Cloud.
